American EMI Solutions is currently molding and extruding Silicone, Fluorosilicone and EPDM based materials with Silver/Aluminum, Silver/Cooper, Silver/Glass, Silver/Nickel, Passivated Silver/Aluminum, Nickel Coated Graphite, and Carbon fillers. When you add the capabilities of their parent company New England Die Cutting (NEDC) you greatly expand the types of products that can be offered. American EMI Solutions (AES) is currently able to offer waterjet and laser cut conductive elastomers. This allows for quick turn prototypes and small quantity production runs and cost effective production runs.
