American EMI Solutions can mold a variety of different sized o-rings. With a nominal tolerance of +/- .010″ on the ID, and between +/- .003″ - .005″ on the CS, we can supply any size o-ring a customer requests. The o-ring material can be any one of our Mil DTL 83528C certified materials (Type A, B, D, K and M) or any other conductive material AES offers. If the ID of an o-ring is too large to mold or the customer would rather save on tooling and just extrude cord stock, we can do that too. We partner up with New England Die Cutting and can provide cord stock extruded to the customer’s requested cross section and NEDC can bond the o-ring into the customer’s requested ID/OD. New England Die can also provide conductive elastomer gaskets.
